COVID-19 has had a seismic impact on the professional services, especially those that build on face to face interactions with clients. The training sector is no exception. Whilst remote and distributed learning has been available for some time, it has always been seen as a poor alternative to live interaction between an instructor and an engaged audience.

In the current environment we need to make Virtual Training better than it has ever been before. This is the task currently being addressed by the Training Team at Instil. For the past few weeks they’ve been researching potential approaches, learning from other educators and formulating their own unique methodology. This talk will present the conclusions they have reached so far.
